Lorena is the bomb.com. We actually met Lorena by accident through an online listing for a home we ended up purchasing through her in San Sebastian Beach and Sitges in February 2023. She successfully guided my wife and I through the process, even though we never met her or even saw the property prior to closing. After closing, she has continued to be extraordinarily helpful, helping us navigate the permitting and building process.
